On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, the Scleroderma Research Foundation (SRF) will hold its signature fundraising event, Cool Comedy • Hot Cuisine at the Edison Ballroom in NYC. This year’s comedy line-up includes Hannibal Buress, Kelsey Cook, Jim Gaffigan, Nikki Glaser , and host Jeff Ross, plus event honoree Adam Duritz of Counting Crows and special appearance by Katie Couric. For 25 years, Bob Saget hosted this unforgettable evening, bringing together world-class talent and gourmet food to support research aimed at finding a cure for scleroderma, a rare autoimmune disease that took his sister’s life. Today, Bob’s family and performing friends continue to host this side-splitting event in proud partnership with the New York Comedy Festival. Every laugh helps us move closer to a world without scleroderma!
