Wednesday Night Slob – Part of the NYCF’s Comedy Bar Crawl

Wednesday Night Slob

“Wednesday Night Slob" is a weekly Stand-up Comedy showcase that features the best up and coming talent in NYC with special surprise drop-ins from industry headliners such as Corinne Fisher, D.C. Benny, and Harrison Greenbaum. It takes place at 9 PM in one of the most intimate performance spaces in New York City, the back room of Local 138 on Ludlow Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side. There is no cover charge, and audience members are treated to free pizza, compliments of the slob boys. The audience is also encouraged to eat their neighbor's crusts out of the garbage. No leftover makes it out of the showroom.

The participating Manhattan bars are Old Man Hustle (Lower East Side), Beauty Bar (East Village), and Local 138 (Lower East Side).

Participating Brooklyn bars are Gutter Bar (Williamsburg), Salzy (Park Slope), and Hungry Ghost (Fort Greene). Space is very limited at all of these venues and surprise drop-ins are expected! Reservations are encouraged.
